About Us

The role of Dignity Health Foundation – Inland Empire is to initiate philanthropic initiatives and secure financial support for:

· Dignity Health’s two Inland Empire hospitals, Community Hospital of San Bernardino and St. Bernardine Medical Center;

· Education and training needs of its workforce; and

· Community health initiatives and programs that positively affect the social determinants of health.

The Foundation is led by a Board of Directors made up of community leaders who are committed to advancing through philanthropy Dignity Health’s/CommonSpirit Health’s mission to make the healing presence of God known in our world by improving the health of the people we serve, especially those who are vulnerable, while we advance social justice for all.

PLEASE NOTE: In accordance with our mission, the Dignity Health Foundation Inland Empire provides funding only for patient care and programs at Dignity Health.  We do not provide grants or funding for outside organizations or events.
